Nova Office Systems was founded in April 1996 when the furniture industry began to boom across Kerala. Starting with sleek kitchen cabinets and office furniture, we've grown into one of Kerala's leading furniture manufacturers.

Today, we operate from a 15,000 sq ft fully-equipped factory at Kochuveli Industrial Estate, Trivandrum — housing high-end cutting, pressing, edge banding and woodworking machines, both imported and indigenous.

We use only premium plywood, MDF and particle board with branded fittings, ensuring every piece we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and finish.

Do you accept custom orders?+

Yes, all our furniture is manufactured to your exact specifications. You can customize dimensions, materials, finishes, colors and hardware. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to discuss your requirements.

Do you accept bulk / corporate orders?+

Yes, we actively serve corporate, institutional and government bulk orders. Our 15,000 sq ft factory has the capacity for large orders. We have supplied to hospitals, IT offices and educational institutions across Kerala. Volume discounts available.

Can I visit your factory or showroom?+

Yes! We welcome visitors to our manufacturing unit at Plot Nos 9 & 10, Industrial Development Area, Kochuveli, Trivandrum. You can see our machines, materials and finished samples in person. Call us ahead to schedule a convenient visit.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Cash, Cheque, Online Banking (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI and Demand Drafts. For corporate orders, we provide GST invoices and can work with your accounts department on payment terms.

Do you deliver and install?+

Yes, we provide delivery and professional installation across Kerala. Our team ensures everything is fitted correctly and you are satisfied before we leave. Delivery charges depend on location and order size.

How long does manufacturing take?+

Standard items typically take 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. Complex custom pieces or large bulk orders may take 4–6 weeks. We provide a clear timeline when you place your order and keep you updated throughout.

What materials do you use?+

We primarily use high-quality plywood, particle board (MDF) and solid wood depending on the application. All materials are sourced from reputed suppliers. We use branded fittings and hardware for all joinery, hinges and handles.

Do you make home furniture too?+

Yes! We manufacture a full range of home furniture including modular kitchens, wardrobes, bedroom sets, cots, study tables, TV units and diwan sets. Same quality and customization as our office furniture range.
